Twenty three players shot a score of 74 or better at Lake Marion Golf Club (6,483 yards, Par 72, 71.6/121) in Santee, SC to qualify for the SCGA’s 84th Amateur Championship.  Matt O’Quinn of Beaufort claimed medalist honors in a one hole playoff against Julian Keur of North Charleston. Both players were tied after rounds of six under par 66.
